Safe and secure
The perimeter fencing is 1.8m high and is re-enforced with anti-escape wire at the base. This will ensure larger dogs cannot jump over the fence and also stops dogs from digging their way out. The field is a calm, quiet place, where your dog can run free or receive secure training from you without any interference or distractions.
Training equipment
Part of the field will have a few play-agility structures to help with enjoyment and stimulation. Tunnels, tires, and jumps should your dog have lots of energy or if your dog is an “old-timer”, then a gentle calm slow walk in the fresh air with his/her master maybe just what’s needed?
Access to the field
Access to the site will be via a code which will be emailed to you once you have paid online. The code will be the PIN which unlocks the gate. When you book the field, it is exclusively yours for the duration of your booking slot, although you can invite friends and family to join you and the correct number of dogs should be booked formally. Once you enter the field with the code that's emailed to you, please close the gate behind you. The gate to exit the field uses the same code, please also lock the gate behind you.
Facilities for humans
This field is perfect to gain exercise for your dogs and for yourself. A shelter with seats is provided in case you would like to sit and enjoy the views or open a flask and have a coffee. It is preferred you take any rubbish away with you; however, bins are provided on site for dog waste and separate ones for any other rubbish. Two picnic benches are also on site should you want to meet with a friend and sit out in the sun.
Parking
Parking is within the field on a hard surface and has space for up to 4 cars.
Sessions
Sessions last for 50 minutes and there is an extra 10 minutes to allow you to exit the park and access your vehicle. This is to prevent any crossover between dogs and avoid any issues with other dogs who may be reactive. As you arrive or leave, could you please be considerate to other uses by ensuring you leave on time and attend on time. If you arrive late, we would be unable to extend your time slot due to other bookings.
