How do Gift cards work?

How do our eGift Cards work?

1. Buy your gift card on this page. Gift cards can only be used for booking sessions in our secure dog walking meadow. The cost to hire the meadow is £10 for 55 minutes. You can bring up to 4 dogs in one session, and there is space for 4 cars to park. If you would like to bring further dogs (at a cost of £2 each), or if you would like to book a 30 minute session, please call 07799 138 052. 

2. When you have purchased an eGift card, a unique gift card code will be emailed to your recipient's email address. If buying for yourself, the code will be sent to your email address.

3. The unique code can be added to the booking form during the checkout process.

Musty's Muttleys eGift Card Terms & Conditions

 

• Musty's Muttleys eGift cards are delivered via email as a gift card code. There is no physical card.

• Musty's Muttleys cannot accept any responsibility for incorrect details provided upon the purchase of an e-gift card. Please make sure all information provided is correct, especially the email address of the recipient.

• Musty's Muttleys eGift cards are only redeemable for booking sessions on the dog walking meadow, they cannot be used for any other services offered on this website.

• Musty's Muttleys eGift cards cannot be exchanged for cash, cheques or credit. They should be treated as cash; if the unique code is lost or stolen it cannot be replaced.

• Musty's Muttleys eGift cards are non-refundable. They do not have an expiry date.

• Musty's Muttleys reserve the right to withdraw either part or the whole of this service at any time.
